Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri (/gduz/ /ˈvno̠nmo̠n/ [only] [purpose]) is a subtropical Small City located in the Qujusukoga Moot of the Rosid.
The name Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri is derived from the Goblin language, as Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri was founded by Vilwiel, who was culturaly Wood Elf.
Climate
Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri has a yearly average temperature of 16°C (60°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 24°C (75°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri receives an average of 178 cm/y (70 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri covers an area of nearly 13 km2 (5 mi2), and an average elevation of 6802 m (-20633 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1170, by Vilwiel. The establishment of Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri was built using the conventions of Wood Elf durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.
Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri is buildings folow an organic layout of crampt canals streets whihch gives the city a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The city has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the city is well defended against anything short of an army. Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri's cost-cutting-focused defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Looking around Gduz Vno̠nmo̠n Gri you immediately realise that the locals are looking back at you. All of them. Everywhere you look somone is staring back at you analytically, looking over every inch of you, your gear, and your companions. As you get close to people, their hands move closer to their belt knife, or dagger. You may want to watch where you go and what you say...
